MTU test block No. 3

MTU Test Block No. 3, also known as Type 1 reference block, is used to test the concentration of your magnetic powder suspensions to ensure optimal error indication during magnetic particle inspection.

It is used to verify the performance and sensitivity of magnetic particle materials and allows for the evaluation of material degradation.

The crack indications present on both surfaces of the test block are produced by specific grinding and have a size ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 μm.
