Permanent cable magnet, Matcon Flawfinder

MATCON Flawfinder is a permanent magnet with a flexible cable designed for magnetic particle inspections in laboratories, workshops, and on-site, suitable for inspections in hard-to-reach areas or areas with fire and/or explosion risks (petrochemical complexes) where the use of articulated arm electromagnets is prohibited.

It enables the detection of surface-breaking and subsurface defects such as cracks, micro-cracks caused by fatigue and corrosion.

The two magnetic poles connected by a flexible cable make it easy to inspect a wide variety of parts.
